Fines tartelettes aux pommes (Thin apple tartlets)
Here is a quick recipe to make: 10 minutes of preparation and a sumptuous result 😉
Ingredients (16 tartlets)
- 1 puff pastry of 500g (brand Paneton)
- 2 Big Apples (Royal Gala)
- 5 tablespoons raw sugar
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla powder (or cinnamon)
Directions
- Thaw puff pastry
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C
- Cut the dough into 16 rectangles
- Make a slight incision in the pastry
- Wet the edges with a brush
- Sprinkle with brown sugar
- Cut the apples finely and arrange them on the pastry
- Mix white sugar and vanilla powder
- Sprinkle the vanilla sugar tartlets
- Bake 18/20 minutes in the oven
