For the Champagne :
1. Liquor Licence
Garance Limited has an off licence to sell alcohol
Liquor License Number: 46/OFF/00039/2019 valid until the 17th of the day of April 2020

As a business retailing Champagne, we encourage the safe consumption of our alcoholic beverages, so please drink our champagne in moderation and with food. We invite you to have more information at www.alcohol.org.nz
We will not sell to anyone who is under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right not to dispatch an order if we are unsure of this.
Champagne may be sold or delivered from Monday to Sunday between 7:00am to10:00pm.
All prices are inclusive of GST. The price of products on the website does not include the delivery charge. The delivery rates are displayed in the Delivery section of the website.
3. Minimum Orders
Purchases on the garance.co.nz website are subject to a 54.99 NZD minimum spend (excluding delivery charges).
All products are offered subject to availability. Should a product be unavailable we will advise you as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific vintages.
Orders placed on the website before 4:00pm Monday to Friday are processed the same day. If any items are out of stock we will contact you by email or telephone.
We are not allowed to sell champagne on Christmas day, Easter Sunday, Good Friday and before 1pm on Anzac Day.
We process orders on a standard delivery (3 to 5 working days) or Next Business Day courier service for deliveries to addresses in New Zealand. Delivery on any particular date is not guaranteed.
All deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours.
For successful delivery you must ensure there will be someone over 18 years of age at the delivery address to sign for your order. The customer has to show his/her NZ driver licence, current passeport or Hanz 18+.
If delivery of your order is not successful the order will be returned to the courier’s local depot. A calling card will be left by the courier company with their contact details to arrange re-delivery. Orders will be attempted for delivery on up to two occasions before being returned to the courier’s local depot for customer collection.
Orders will be returned to our Returns Department if they have not been collected from the courier’s local depot. Returned orders will be processed for a refund of the value of the product(s) ordered less the cost of returning the order.
6. Payment Method
The payment can be made directly into our bank account ASB 12-3254-0180818-00. The customer must use their order ID as the payment reference. The order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
You can cancel your order at any time until 7 working days after delivery. You will be responsible for returning the order to us at your own cost. The order must arrive back with our Returns Department unopened and undamaged in its original packaging.
To cancel your order you will need to email Customer Services on firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then be sent a Returns Number which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package(s) being returned. Orders which are returned without a Returns Number will not be accepted.
All credits will be processed within 30 days of cancellation provided the product(s) have been returned within this period.
8. Product Information
We endeavour to advertise our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided on our website about products, such as photographs, images and descriptions of the products.
We will provide a full refund of any products that are faulty. We must be notified of faulty products within 2 working days of delivery. We may require the faulty items to be returned to us and will arrange this as necessary.
You are responsible for checking your order on delivery. If there are any damaged items please ensure they are clearly marked on the courier’s paperwork.
We will not be able to accept any claims which have not been reported to us by email within 24 hours of delivery.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
12. Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
For the Home cooking lessons :
You must book by Internet and pay at least 24 hours before the lesson.
For health reasons, we can not supply the ingredients.
3. Food Safety
In order to comply with the safety rules in New Zealand, our staff are trained in the Unit 167 « Food Safety »

4. Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule any private class, otherwise we will not be able to change the date. To cancel your booking you will need to email Customer Services on email@example.com.
